<At least in Amati's situation we got damn lucky that TI came in and bailed our ass's out.>

And I missed it.

ggggggggggggggggg

Hey, @ least I can laugh about it now.

Marc, Im kinda warming up to the idea of equity financing b/c it could & thats not would, take some shares off the street w/ a buy back but Im sure not holding my breath. As far as Im concerned if Wstl can't do this then they should borrow 1 years op expense from the bank like normal business people do but then again given the stock machine attitude mngt has I doubt that would ever happen. Im holding for now & if June 1999 doesn't pan out the way I think it should well.

Night

Dug

P.S.

Thanks Charlie

<<Kinda like the stiuation Amati was in last year. Amati kept telling us there was NO
problem and in there words "suitors are lined up down the hallway" wanting to invest
cash. Well, we later learned that was a lie, plain and simple. At least in Amati's situation
we got damn lucky that TI came in and bailed our ass's out. There was no way in hell
that Amati could have lasted this long!>>
I agree, I pressed this point on the Amati thread for a long time, got hit about the head quite a bit, but alais we know what happened. I think WSTL must raise to at least 8 before we will see an offer. My guess is that the company goes for 12-15 within the next six months.
Of course this is only my uneducated opinion.
