Eric and wily,

Thanks for the good comments. I realize you can protest apparent violations. My own approach is to look for a strategy that circumvents the most possible snags in a system that is full of them. The MMs hold most of the cards and they can and do break the rules. Where does that leave us? We have to look for holes in the fence that we can dart through and make our trades. SOES can work great sometimes. ISLD is a wonderful vehicle if the shares are there. ARCA can really be a great tool. SNET may work better for others than it has for me. The challenge is to be skilled with all the routes in all the situations that arise. It is very important to acknowledge that making trades may be impossible in lots of circumstances. As a little guy with limited capital, we have to be very careful not to get into those situations. But if we choose very carefully, there is a good game to be played. That's what I look forward to every day.

Rick
