Dave - regarding ... Is there a jury? How could they field a qualified jury?

We (on this thread) will all have to move to that part of Texas, make sure we are registered to vote, and sit back and wait.

To DaveMG: Hey you are right. Here am I as a buy and hold investor spending all this time kibitzing (sp?) this poker game when I could be doing something more useful like enjoyed good music. But it is also fascinating. And a stimulating intellectual exercise. And as Marginmike just pointed out very astutely, we are supplying these players with their chips. Chaz
