Good evening chaps. I just got back from the annual AGM for Omni
resources and it was no surprise to anyone that the BYG/TYg gang made a take over attempt on ORI. Fairly long story but as a result of the continued inept performance of the management of these companies and a lawyer that sure goofed, there attempt failed miserably. Dickson and Chaffee who were nominated by the ORI board in good faith were elected along with the 4 person board of ORI. What happens in the next 12 months should be very interesting with 2 hostile persons on the ORI board who will be in a conflict of interest position in most policy decisions. Other interesting scenarios are evident so it should be interesting. If they intended to strip ORI of its cash and property to get themselves out of the deep crap they are in it will be on the back burner for awhile. Where the heck are the regulatory authorities
anyhow??? Contact me by mail Al.

JS,

When it rains it pours. Two messages in one day on the board. There is not a lot left to say about BYG that hasn't already been said. I can't see that any new news will be good news. In fact it will probably be no news until there is a bankruptcy filing. One cannot fault BYG's present management for all that has ensued, to bring it to this state, but they certainly have not and are not acting honourably in defeat. Raping the TYG treasury, stealing assets from ORI, and now attempting more moves that will take the whole group down with them are desperate and despicable acts. The shareholders of all of the companies deserve better.

Yours sincerely,

Al Cern

PS Any info about BYG's current status would be appreciated.
