G'day all - news from Japan bloomberg.com does this mean Japan has implicitly acknowledged her banking problems and thus a beginning of the reform? and mid-east abcnews.com obviously, peace is a long drawn out process, but being an eternal optimist, this is a good 1st step and I am not surprised if there is some peace dividend to go with it in the financial markets. On a separate note [and totally off topic,] the Yankees won the World Series and their ticker tape parade will make a stop to Wall Street, will that cause a slow down of trading this afternoon <G>? best, Bosco
