I don't know for sure. I would think it is consecutive. Otherwise, their should be some time frame involved for the 30 non-consecutive days.

It looks to be a moot point anyway:

The panel felt that, because there is a possibility that conversion of certain convertible preferred stock would be at a price resulting in shareholder dilution, the Nasdaq's new corporate governance rule requiring shareholder approval has not been observed.

This reason for delisting seemed to come out of nowhere.
