Good writeup coming for RNTK,

Last week I sent and e-mail to Scott Weeden, editor of Remote Gas Strategies newsletter, a very popular monthly newsletter within the oil and gas industry, asking him when and if the magazine planned on doing a story on the Rentech Texaco deal.

here was his reply:

Lawrence,

We have been following the progress of the talks with Texaco and Rentech
for more than a year (August 97, page 9; November 97, page 8; and July
98, page 9). Our newsletter comes out on the first of each month and
the announcement concerning Rentech and Texaco reaching a final
agreement was released after the first of October. We will have a major
article on the agreement and its implications for GTL in the November
issue.

Andrew's post had nothing to do with RNTK. That was my only motive. As far as concerning the industry... only if you're making diesel engines.
