Shareholders: A management team consisting of telecom people and shareholders are ready to step in. The team has been approved by Spring, and have $3 million in cash, internet and Selec capabilities. If management would leave right now, even taking what is left of the money, my thoughts would be just leave. If they would agree to do that, Mario has agreed to drop one of the lawsuits. I would talk to another person to stop the derivative suit, and I would eat the loss of money stolen by V from Maesa. Everyday Texas is deteriorating. Sprint is behind the shareholders, not current management. L

I put in an order for 250,000 shares today. There is still hope, and I haven't given up on the company yet. If we can get new management in, then the company has a chance to turn it around. Besides if the stock gets any lower, Andy will own the company anyway.. Mario Lanza

Steve. Can you believe the crap on this thread? How in the hell anyone could defend this group of blubbering idiots that call themselves management is pathetic. They have made a spectacle out of all of us with the con job or maybe it is more of a blow job! Then only to tell us they put this F%$#@*^% company into a chapter to benefit the shareholders and save it! What kind of gibberish are they going to try and con us into next? I am waiting for Vigliarolo to announce that he has struck a deal with AT&T and the company is now on the right track, the stock is going to the moon and the 10-K is in the mail. What's the scoop on this stock you mentioned? I got to make some money somewhere. You can bet I will be in line when they carve up this piece also. Even if it is phone card from Sprint or Viglirolo's Presidential Chair. Kent (The Fool)
