Little Engine... I would suspect that obtaining the license would be the primary reason for obtaining Primedia... I too am assuming that they already had the license. As far as it being the "last" license? I don't know... could have been at the time of publication... who knows... who cares. The important point I think is that it is one of what we believe to be 42 licenses to operate an ISP in Indonesia. I have no idea how much stock was issued for the ISP... perhaps someone else does, but as far as I know the information has not been released. My cursory search did not reveal that information. With regard to the 2/28 release... the PR only gave very sketchy numbers... kind of a summary. However, a more full report was obtained from the company by one of the thread members that included a balance sheet, at least. I worked with that individual in an effort to come up with a current ratio based on those numbers. Since I did not actually see the report, I do not know if it was audited or not. I would suspect that if she obtained the report, any of us could do the same by calling the company (and perhaps paying a nominal fee). 1998 financials not being released is not one of our favorite topics. Yes they have been promised. They have yet to be delivered. I (and I suspect it is really we) are disappointed. I cannot speak about Wescott or FAMH or any of the other companies as I have no knowledge in this area and we haven't gotten that far in our research. Elk on the Raging Bull board seems to have some definite opinions though. Shares going up and down? Are you referring to the PR released on Feb 5 with a larger number of shares listed than the Feb 28 PR? If so, I would suspect that was because the Feb 28 PR was talking about conditions at 1997 year end... 2 months earlier than the Feb 5 PR... that would mean that the shares are not going up and down... just up. (Pure speculation here: Could the additional 4M shares have been printed in anticipation of the need for the ISP purchase announced in late March, the retention of BDO's services announced in April and the location of the POP in Australia announced in late April? I don't know... but, the timing... sounds like more research to be done for somebody... LOL!) As far as the PR firm... again, I know very little about them, but it seems that every BB company I have heard about seems to have been victimized by at least one PR firm... Lazarus, with 11 done.
