re Whadya say, Dwight? Am I misrepresenting you to say you have an absolutist position?

My "position" is not material to the Congressional legislation of a ban on Partial Birth Abortion. You are wrong in suggesting that "Every time somebody's brought up the "barbarism" of "partial birth abortion", with all the requisite gory descriptions, it's been clear they're not interested in banning partial birth abortions, or reducing the number through better education and birth control. They're interested in banning abortions, period."

What the Congressional legislation concerned, Daniel, was ***Partial Birth Abortions***. That was the extent of the proposed law, which passed with full bi-partisan support in both houses, requiring only the President's signature. But, since the President had made a pact with the feminazi's, he couldn't sign it: "A BJ for me, a veto for you".

The same Book that says homosexuality is an abomination also says go out and spread the word. I guess this is where imposing morals comes into the mix. Hate the sin and not the sinner. If you hate the sinner, you would be a hypocrite. No human is without sin.
