Mike, I just listened to the conference call again and several things have come together overnight.

Mr. Hallman would not give any reasonable guestimates of plate sales or growth. He sites several reasons, all of which could make a false impression for the future. A slight change in the beginning curve of such projections could have a large impact on the final location of the graph.

I think we have turned the corner from a proprietor based, inventor run small company into a well run, high level executive based corporation. The next 1 1/2 years are going to show the real foundation of a major player in the printing world. This will confirm the digital direction that has just been confirmed to the world by Heidelberg at IPEX. They showed the world that digital is it and PRST is the digital imaging company that is and will be the leader in this emerging technology shift in the printing industry.

I have changed my focus on PRST from the wild swings of yesterday to a solid growth company with a huge advantage in this emerging market. We are now run by a top executive that is very well poised to take us into the very big league of play.

Mr. Hallman has an incredible grasp on the PRST company after only two weeks at the helm. He indicated that he gave up significant offers of increased pay and stock options from KPG to come over to PRST. Listening to him at the shareholder meeting and again in the conference call convinces me that we have a world class leader that understands the ultimate direction of the digital printing press environment.

Good luck to each and all.
