Burt,

When would the warrant holders most likely convert? Is there any benefit in holding warrants?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kerry

Yes, I know they pledged ATC stock for the current financing.
But, one has to remember, THEY, were members of the former management that got the company in its' current situation as far as prepaid warrants and total waste of the millions of dollars!!! Now they got rewarded with 1 million warrants each with a conversion price of $0.10 for the pledged ATC Stock. Sorry Burt, the conversion price should of been higher - at least $0.40 to $0.50. Fred has not even made a open market purchase and he is the one putting together these agreements!!!! I understand and realize the legal stuff - black out periods and such. One can only assume that the reason for not buying ANY shares at such low prices by any company members is they know that share price is not about to increase very much anytime soon.

Also, Fred gave back the options/warrants before the shareholders approved the increase in authorized shares. Have these options/warrants been reauthorized to Fred and at what conversion price?

Have a nice week end.

Jim
