Here is a copy of today's comment about yesterdays trading of FNTN from Financial Intelligence.

"A particular standout today was Financial Intranet, (FNTN), highlighted here just yesterday as one issue overdue for a rally, today rose a very impressive 44.68% or 21 cents. Following today's strong breakout, It looks as if it has once again sights set at re-gaining the Dollar level sooner than most were expecting."

For those of you who missed yesterdays comments, they are as follows. Forgive me if this has already been posted, but after yesterdays trading, it might be good to read it again.

"The performance of these Nasdaq issues has helped to renew interest in many small and midcap issues in recent days. I have noticed a tendency for some of the most beaten down Nasdaq issues to come bounding back, putting in some of the most impressive bottom formations seen in a long time. It's been the same story with the microcaps, where stocks are now rising even on low volume, simply because they are so oversold. Day by day more of these stocks have started taking off again as investment interest has reawakened towards seeking out uncommon values.
One of the stocks that most fits within this category is Financial Intranet (FNTN).

Every time this stock has seen some kind of short term selloff, it has come roaring back and there is no reason to believe that this time will be any different. The stock has a very dynamic structure and of particular note is the three wave pullback pattern from the recent highs. Three wave pullbacks are bullish and that is exactly what happened with the Nasdaq. As soon as the ABC three wave action was completed, the market resumed its uptrend with a vengeance and look how far we have come in such a short space of time. Since the fundamentals for FNTN are arguably infinitely better today, than they were only a few months ago, according to information already released in the public domain, it stands to reason that a short term aberration exists in the current pricing of this issue, that should soon be rectified.

A sharp rebound to the $1 area would pave the way for a much stronger move to challenge the recent highs established in August. The selling has all but dried up,
so the potential for a move such as this to take place imminently cannot be ruled out. There have been so many similar tight formations and consolidations like this that have exploded higher in recent days, with some of them having been nothing short
of spectacular, one has to wonder will FNTN's turn be next?

Part of the reason for these unexpectedly strong up-moves is that invariably, when certain setups occur on technical indicators, they tend to attract the attention of all holders, traders and market makers alike and as the buying pressure builds, it often tends to create or exacerbate a sudden supply demand imbalance, the results of which are almost always a surprise beyond most investor's expectations. A minor upmove from here would probably be enough to turn those important indicators
very bullish and in all likelyhood, begin to set off a powerful chain reaction.

Another important point is, the loyal following this issue commands, suggests that recent sellers or profit-takers will be eager to re-buy at the first sign of a sustained run, so evidence of this, such as abnormally strong up-volume is definitely something to keep an eye out for, as it may be a signal of the start of something new. In support of this theory, it should be noted that the Over-the-Counter index closed at its highest level since the recent lows were established on October 8. Not all stocks follow the index to the day, but as the market recovers, stocks begin to recover randomly for often inexplicable reasons. FNTN has a reputation for running its own race to its own timetable, which further substantiates its ability to perform as a late bloomer. After all it did top out much later than the rest of the market in a display of latent bullishness.
In closing, FNTN also has a fairly dominant three month cycle lows to lows that has been in evidence now for over a year. This week coincides with the cyclical lowpoint."

Wiz, thank you for your permission to post this on SI, and thank you for your sharing your insights with all of us.

Best,

Tomato Man

Christopher,

Of Course that's greed, no matter where you come from... (Take a look at my profile :-) )

Sorry to say, greed is what makes the world go around. What is capitalism without greed??? Without greed we would NEVER see improvements in anything. I don't think Bill Gates decided to start his own company just for the benefit of mankind. If I wasn't at least a little greedy I would put my money in bonds. <ggg>

Have a great day!!

Ann
