What is this about the three day notification of intent to sell? What is the company's "right to suspend"? I've never heard of this kind of thing. eb, The recent filing was to amend the filing from last week that left out the right to suspend and the three day notification. I went back to the 8K about the acquisition and the contract did give AMZn that right to be notified. This would give the Vcs and the other insiders time to sell first if they wished. This all fits with my belief the company will be permitted to slide after Q1 99. It was a simple oversite about leaving out the notification and right to suspend but was picked up within the week. Iam certain Jow Covey and others are very busy compiling the end of quarter information and this was missed but picked up later. Glenn
