The point is that under the Sherman AntiTrust laws it is illegal
to use monopoly power in one industry to obtain market power in
another....

For a case in point, if I provided Microsoft's electricity supply
(a legal monopoly) what is to stop me from saying that they must
use all the appliances that I specifically design for the nonstandard
power supply (134V) that I will start sending down the power
lines? This is innovation and what the customer wanted, too bad
if I just happen to zap all those other 110/120V appliances....

Better still, let me just cut off his power supply because
I don't like his friends. This is "healthy and aggressive"
competition.
