Coz, getting things out of Chile..ie GOLD, Copper, or information can be tedious at best. If we do know the results and don't tell, maybe we would like to see what our friend DAY will say when they announce/publish their earnings due out shortly. Maybe they will slip up some more. I would venture a guess as to if we did not get granted a motion to quash its because Quijano presented the evidence. Gary can verify this but DAY would probably have reasonable time to respond to that motion. I would also speculate if it was a frivalous motion the court would have immediately thrown out the motion, and the trial would have began on Thursday. Also, logic would dictate that if it was not a frivalous motion, and hammered the heck out of Dayton and 911 was called to revive the procurados then a reasonable amount of time would have been given for them to recover from their injuries..lol!, Patience folks, PATIENCE!
