The ONLY question we (as a company) have been asked that has not been anwsered is about the vinters permit. We are busy with other aquisitions and projects at this point in time (namely getting the audit completed). We will, at somepoint in time, deal with it. This seems to be a point of confusion for alot of people: NO mail order wine company can ship to a state where they do no hold a State Liquor Lisc. This is mandated by both the Federal Goverment and all State Goverments. As I understand it the vinters permit will allow us to ship to you, and you sell it. THAT'S NOT WHAT WERE IN BUSINESS FOR! We are working on ways of dealing with the laws, but unlike a number of our competeors, we will not break the law or risk having a shipment siezed in transit. Last, once again, all request for information about the company or comments to it, are to be sent to it at [araldica@idsi.net]. I said I would try and straighten out any problems if time allowed. I am not going to deal with this stuff on a daily (or weekly) basis. I don't have the time for this, email it to the company and I will pass it on to whomever it is directed to. Ned, your post (this time) will be passed on to Frank J. Landi, Sr. I basically anwsered most of the comments (as I will tell him) but if he decides to respond further I will email it to you. Most of you have NEVER contacted the company (Ned I know you have and don't mean that comment to you). I check the email a few (hundred) times a day, seven days a week. I respond to much of it, and only a few members of SI have ever emailed the company directly. To those who have, in most instances I emailed a response back within a day.
