I'd just as soon not have ART sell out to WCII. The valuation differential is so large that ART most likely would be selling out way too low. The main reason that WCII has shown such great customer growth is that they are reselling local wireline services, not installing wireless local loops. Although this is not necessarily a secret, it isn't something that Rouhana is publicizing either, and many WCII investors have an incorrect perception. Harry Hirsch, on the other hand, has been completely straight forward with investors and has a solid play for wireless growth, using the competitive speed advantage in the best place possible, data transmission. The fact that he is not as promotional as Rouhana has certainly hindered ART a little more than otherwise would have happened, but in the long run, I'd rather own a piece of a company with an operating guy at the helm vs owning a piece of a company with a promoter at the helm.
