Well DD I have gone through a bunch of math and have found that if
the tickers become one before January(ticker would be CDNW) I will
make 24k if CDNW closes at 10 or above on options expiration---I will go on to say if this merger had not happened I would have been one cooked goose even with the 15.6k premium in my pocket as NTKI would have collapsed and CDNW could have gone to 5---now that this merger
is a happening I believe in time people will catch on as to how good it
will be in the longterm,as these two companies were in competition with
each other were cutting each other's throat---the biggest event then
that next could happen and a lot of people are talking about it is for
Bertelssom(sp?) to buy out CDNW/NTKI and merge them into Barnes&Noble
and then put AMZN as an also ran--
The down side now for me,would only to see CDNW somehow take off,as
anything above 10 will not come to me unless I buy back my options.
But a situation that could have potentially lost me up to 80k,has
stabilized and I am now feeling relief:) Good Luck,Max
BTW this crisis has taught me much, and has been a very valuable lesson.
