I currently have a small position in inpr (2900 shares). I have owned it longer than I care to mention. I defintely agree with Shane that the company is tranisitioning to an enterprise company from a packaged s/w company. While I am not in agreement with Del's compensation package, I do believe he has initiated the move to an enterprise company after kicking the tires on the old Borland. His purchase of Visignic was quite strategic and is bearing fruit as we speek. Do any of you know how bad the qtr would have been without visigenic included. Go figure? In either case, I am tempted to buy more now to average down; however, I believe there will be substantial tax loss selling overset by inpr purchases. I will wait to see how this is going before I purchase probably sometime in mid-late December for the rally that should occur prior to and after the next earnings announcement.
