Unfortunately, this is a case where 'christian love' has had no practical outcome. Most of the murderers of gays would say they are Christian. And certainly they are not loving the 'sinner'.

It would have been a nice alliteration if I had used the word abortion. Since I used the word homosexual, I don't see your point. As far as hate the sin and love the sinner being a convenient line, I'm sorry, but I didn't write it. The Bible teaches exactly that. By the way, homosexuality being an abomination is found in Leviticus 18:22.
