Thanks Herm. I found PZN by watching the Reits. I own MT which pays about a 15% yield. I got divs in Aug and another in Sept as they acquired Equity Inns, and going to get another one next month for those of record Oct 30. Richard Barron is the Guru on Reits on the Reit thread. Ok, has anyone been promoting my Emporium website? I've gotten a huge number of new user registrations over the last 12 hours; they're coming at a much higher rate than before. Has anyone here done or said something which might account for this? I'm not upset or anything, just curious. I had intentionally limited my own promotion of the site, until I felt it has all the features I wanted, and was something I could sell advertising space on. (Or perhaps even charge a registration fee... I really like the shareware contributions, but the tiny percentage of users who contribute make it just a token, and not really worth my time.) Anyway, if you've done some promoting for me, or have seen my site promoted somewhere, please let me know; I'd like to see it. Thanks. Doug.
