Regardless of business, being a public company requires so much more then good numbers and the sooner Gruder realizes this, the better we all will be. I think that Gruder has realized this and that is the reason why Olgilvy is here now. With the distractions of the lawsuit now behind him he is likely to go on the warpath again.
