I honestly don't know what to think. My logical side says that it should not affect anything. GBIT and IGHS are the same company as they were yesterday, right? And the same they were a month ago, basically.

Perhaps the combined companies will help rid the shorts and get the stock above $1.00 which I believe is the only area they do not qualify.

Comments?

I have decided to sell all my IGHS. IT has become a crap shoot and with the mess with GBIT being delisted, the odds that IGHS will go up near term are less likely.

I think that GBIT has bigger problem now than going through with a merger with IGHS.

Bob Cook, the largest shareholder, told me a week ago that IGHS probably wouldn't have news until mid-Novemeber and that the deal with GBIT HAS TO BE DONE by Nov. 15th or it won't be done at all.

Well, I just see more negatives than positives now.

Good luck all...I will wait for some real positive volume and then re-enter.
