Robertson Stephens upgrades Semi-equip sector. Don't know of any details just caught the headline on CNBC

< INTC is starting to look pretty good > In this case the equipment makers seem to be leading the charge. Does a stock rise portend a semi revival? Stock price is supposed to reflect the combined wisdom of the world looking ahead 6 months down the road. We have seen in the earlier semi-eq run up that for this sector it is shortsighted. 3 weeks back the tele equips were falling and especially related semis. Due to forward looking "concerns". Now a few days of rear-view mirror profits above reduced expectations and the visionaries of doom are suddenly declared myopic. There you are. I'm trying my best to be pessimistic.
