A buy rating predicated upon what information? We had buy recommendations on this board many times. For an institutional house to advocate a buy recommendation, it will provide investors with information that they individually evaluate. As an investor, we all need credible and timely information about the company, retrospectively and prospectively. Financial results are retrospective, the future value of a company is based upon prospective information and alleged performance. So what information can we discuss that is known that institutional investors will announce next week? What leads you to assume that this will occur? Let's discuss it?
