Thanks for the insight about confidentiality agreements and I don't know all there is to know. Surely, the company also enables them to promote the company with viable information. In addition, the promoting company's reputation is at risk and investors realize both dimensions, information constraints and reputation risks, which they assess for credibility. Who are the investment houses that have their reputations at risk, if you know?
