agree abt. Hirsch; i was just commenting on reasons the stock might be bolstered. the market might have a different view of whether Hirsch would capitulate.

regarding "WCII having enough $$$"... i said "financial resources", by which i meant now that WCII has LU backing up the wazoo, they're better able to use their stock as currency to bankroll acquisitions. before the LU deal, i think they would have had to hold stock in reserve for a possible secondary offering.
