You're playing a dangerous game as you've noticed. I saw the fall to 2 this morning, waited too long to pull the trigger and saw it back up to 2 3/8. If you're playing it as a day trade you might want to simply set a limit around 2 1/8. It may never hit, but it is never a good idea to chase a stock. If you're day trading it - don't take your eye off the screen. It moves too much in its range to effectively use stops.

Until we hear a release from the company that they have found financing you take the chance that they could file chap 11 and you will wake up to a true penny stock. Granted if they announce they have financing you could miss out a pop to the upside. The question here is what is your risk tolerance. I wouldn't trade a penny on Telegroup that you can't afford to lose.

Good luck to you! I am hoping for good news on this one myself.

New York Times article today indicates that co. is in discussions with Primus and IDT. Doesn't look there will be much for the shareholders -probably explains the drop today. Also said the company would be out of money within weeks.
