other explanation vs. the one whereas now mson can capture more of the profit if they sell on their own is that possibly Lysonix had taken delivery of devices, but unfortunately cannot sell them. This may be the case since doctors who use this prior to an fda label saying "liposuction device" increase the potential of malpractice suits. That's why Mentor is doing clinical trials to get the label.
