Hi:

I belive that NASDAQ will grant the extension, even with the problems on the stock price and precipitous drop-if you examine their balance sheets closely, you will see that only $11.0 mil is so-called 'restricted cash'. The bigger question is how will they handle the debt restructuring in 2001 when the notes become due? Will they peel off assets, or turn over new paper?
