Jim,

RECY began to ease it's fall when the Fed began dropping interest rates, putting pressure on the yen and the Brazilian real. Now that they have cut again and a deflationary recession is perceived as avoidable and there is the continued perception of additional rate cuts which further pressures foreign currencies against the dollar, RECY has some breathing room. I think the ball is in Japan and Brazil's court to get their collective acts together. If they dont, look for further strengthening of the dollar. I am still nervous.
