Technically, you are correct. It does bring a tear to my eye when I see people using my arguments about Qualcomm patents to support their views against Ericsson patents.

Yes, I bet the Q has quite a bit of documentation, however, most likely, Ericsson attorneys will most likely argue whether this documentation was in the public domain (i.e. prior art) or whether they were trade secrets at the time Ericsson's invention was made.
