As I look at the earnings (at least the tech companies that I follow), everyone of them has beaten expectations significantly. I suspect the market is up over the last few days both due to interest cuts and stellar earnings. Granted they might only have beaten revised earnings but nonetheless INTC, LU, PSFT, ITWO, PAIR, FORE just to name a few etc have done well. And these are earnings for the previous 3 months which were viewed as having a disastrous impact on rev/growth.

Basically, i feel uneasy abt the value of the market but the numbers being posted are good!

I have no axe to grind either. I enjoy well considered discussions with individuals such as yourself. It happens that I fully agree with you this time. Last year, as I recall, I disagreed with your timing - it turns out that I was early in forecasting a downturn and you were much closer to being correct.
