Mark, I was only teasing. Part of what you say I agree with but I don't hold company executives blameless when they make stupid or underhanded moves while collecting investor's cash. Did Zapata do either? I don't know but I think the question should be asked. Unfortunately, it takes an attorney to find the answer most likely. Avi has been playing loose and fast the last couple of quarters as can be shown by their last quarterly report, the bid for Excite and this internet fiasco. Maybe it's time someone cooled his jets.
