<<WHY? WHY? WHY?>>

Because he has lots of stock he wants to sell? . . . Anyway, I've pretty much (as has the market, I believe) been viewing this as the equivalent of a BB stock anyway. Nasdaq small cap status for GBIT wasn't exactly galvanizing institutions into buying and, selling for under $5, it wasn't marginable anyway. It's a mistake, I believe, to join in with the angry and/or panicky selling. Given a few days for the emotional reaction to cool, I'd guess that the stock moves back up. Decent earnings should give it a further boost. And there's still a possibility that the company could pull a rabbit out of the hat; at least one hopes so. Too bad there's no publicized hint of good things to come.
