If NUOA owns 49% of FXWA @ $6.625 ( NUOA is .033 ask )I will have to make an exception on this gambling stock. Also in the PR:

it states that NUOA also has FXWA warrants that can be exercised and if done they will own 85% of FXWA.

Now 85% of FXWA @ $6.625 .... ahhh Someone help me do the math.

I am in as this looks very good to me.

One rationalization is that I am actually buying a "resort" stock that happens to have gambling. :)
