You know silly me, I'm still using my x2 with no problems. 90% of the time it's between 48K and 52K. So often in fact that if I get less, I reestablish at a higher rate on one try. Earlier this year I thought I would just wait 'til it was stabilized. But now maybe I'll just skip the upgrade and go directly to cable modems.

Micron also has drivers, but not anywhere as simple or complete as Dell.

I monitor their newsgroup daily and would have to draw the same conclusion if I compare the Dell newsgroup to the Micron. Seems Micron tech support is also on the decline. My Micron has an Intel motherboard, do you know what Dell has?

Also, the Win98 software has a feature where you can click on it and it goes to a MSFT upgrade site

Yeah I have '98 now and have checked that out. My system is currently running great but I am scared to add any internal cards. I'll wait for the USB Iomega zip drive to come out.

Make my USB a triple!
