Dear Nanda: I agree with you that ordinarily volume preceeds price preceeds news. So the more volume the better in my book. I would surely like to know the composition of the buyers today. For example any insiders buying?? Size of purchases?? This stock is so underpriced it is incredible to me the volume isnt more. Remember the downside risk is possibly nil at this point since cash backs up every dollar of the purchase. So you are getting the going entity business for FREE. Who can resist that? JDN
