Here's something else that's interesting:

The stock price began to decline precipitately in the last week of February, not in March. Until that time it had held around 2 1/2. On March first it closed at 1 1/8 by 1 1/16, and tanked further in the following weeks. Why did this begin before Sylver and Mann cut their deal?

And why was Sylver willing to sell the stock to Mann at such an enormous discount? .25 a share?

Sylver sells shares at a greatly reduced price to Mann who in turn sells them for the market price, offshore. Mann then shares the spoils with Sylver ? Sylver doesn't receive his "fair" share and sues Mann...?
