Thank you so much for your kind words,

Theo, with the P/E ratio so high now, on both MSFT and DELL, it is more likely that Fund managers will pull out these higher multiple stocks than they would on the smaller cap tech stocks. I think that is what this beginning rally, in the smaller cap stocks that we see this week, is all about.
