I believe in KISS(diff then kissee-kissee)...KISS stands for Keep It Simple Stupid .....We merely want to know on the issue of Gruder's statement of buying stock personally on Aug 17th ; why was this a event that never happened? Did he consider in advance the problem of credibility if he failed to keep his word? I have reason to believe he was aware of my Aug 18th post telling him of the great opportunity he had to control his own destiny & help alyd by his show of confidence. Inquiring minds want to know why he made the statement and the n failed to act even tho alyd was now at 7 rather then 91/2 when he made the committment. You have my permission to add my si name to your inquiry & I encourage other si posters to immediately authorize their si names to be added to the persons who are jontly concerned enuf to ask these ?s. I would also send a copy of these ?s to David Buraks, who covers alyd for the Charlotte Observer as he will no doubt do a story that will mandate a response by alyd. JMO: dont loose your momentum . To other posters please give our Yankee cousins from NJ, permission to add your si name to the list of people who want to inquire and want to have accountability!

The TEAM (together everyone achieves more)strategy is to compile a list of key questions for the Company and seek a response. The company may choose an appropriate media to respond but we will request information as to how and when.

Today is a day to embellish on the questions, frame new ones that offer investors significant information. We need to discuss how to approach the company as a unified group of investors as well.

Please post your responses using the references above and limit each response to the topic. This will assist in focusing and organizing the information. Please respond several times but direct the response to each question.

Also if you have a better way of organizing the information, please offer the method.

Thanks for the cooperation and participation. By the end of the week, we should have a list of key questions.

Please participate and keep our conversations focused.

Thanks-NJ Investors
