To All, Someone dumped 350,000 shares at 15:09 for $0.031 per share. That was $0.001 below the bid at the time. Since then their has been some strong buys, three transactions each of at least 100k shares at $0.034. Holy COW the money is pouring in! Everybody, that includes you Jeff E., pull your sell orders out of the system so we can go higher.

Ted

Kevinl,

Your math is not accurate. International owns 8 million shares of FXWA. If NUOA owns 70% of International that would mean the stock would be worth $27 million after a 20% haircut (GAAP rules). NUOA's share of the notes are worth $126 million. Combined the stock and notes are worth $153 million or $2.35 per NUOA share.
