Bob, last year in the 3 week period of week 38, 39 & 40 lab confirmed cases totaled 71. This year for the same period they were 110. From the other 5 week moving average graph one sees that the period being reported on is near the cyclical seasonal low. Weeks to come will show a pick up regardless of the pick up being greater than last years. For now we can only conclude that the trough period had a higher number of cases than 97 and in fact 96, 95 etc. The site wording referring to, "Have we seen a peak is comparing the 97 high to the 96 high?", which was "higher" than the 97 peak.

This data is released almost weekly on the U.K. web site.

I do not know if there is any relation to XOMA's accrual rate and the U.K. data. BTW important notice. In no way does providing the URL for the U.K. data on a weakly basis in anyway obligate me to do so in the future. <G>
