CNBC did a pretty long piece early this morning on the OS sector and specifically HAL. I wasn't able to catch it all, but it pretty much rehashed the sector's recent problems, efforts to slash costs, etc. It's the type of report they usually repeat a couple of times, so I'd bet they'll show it again later today. And Maria says money is flowing into the oils (and techs) today. I think the network is going to be hyping the oils during the run up to the opec meeting.
