I think the best they will say is "cautiously optimistic"

The industry didn't turn around in 2 weeks. The analysts are upgrading just for the cyclicity, we are "bound to get better, as it
can't get much worse". There are some upgrades from Micron to its TI-acquired facilities, from Samsung, etc. So I think this is the cream of the crop place to be, myself. But I'm a little bit biased.

They did a hefty downshift for expense cutting and overall survival so it would be best to concentrate on that aspect in addition to possible demand for the new system. Remember they won't quote units anymore, just revenues.

A company (and insiders) cannot buy stock in a period of two weeks before and after a major announcement (like earnings).
