Because the manipulators of Amazon have opened accounts at all major brokerages, and used their influence to borrow ALL AVAILABLE shares in order to hedge the insiders of Amazon. This is a fact.

Great little scam they've got running there.

That question has been asked before and we never did get an answer that I recall. Since you have access why not call DLJ and ask them what the heck it means? I suspect it has something to do with availability, but maybe WrongWay can come up with a more sinister speculation - Black Helicopters, Aliens ..... -vbg-
