Rosario,

Here's why I don't sit down and discuss this with RA. The effort involved in attempting to setup a face-to-face is more than the gain. I need a 2700% gain to break-even. That would be historic for almost any stock. Fraud, maybe, but I've expended enough emotional energy in this stock to know that anything else besides a learning experience is more than I could expect to gain from USXP. USXP has a less than stellar track record in investor relations (who could forget the Finetown Q & A?!) and has shown increasingly hostile behaviour towards investors.

I would sit down with RA if I had another chunk of money to invest. There are shades of right and wrong, and in USXP, I was as wrong as wrong can be. I bought based upon news releases, and a TD recommendation. I blame myself. Sure I am pissed, but I'll be damned if I "average down" into another round of losses. There are enough other stocks out there to hope for this thing to rebound. If I had enough confidence that this thing would turn around, then I may average down. But hey, this thing has been in a free-fall since the RS. I can only remember a handful of days when USXP ended up on the day in the last 6 months. Doesn't give me a woody, if you follow me. If this thing splits again, and gets above $5 for an hour or so, I may see if I can short this thing for a sure winner. Investor confidence is everything in pennies, and I don't see a big love-fest around here.

Regards,

Ben Kreischer
