Not to hammer you but, as an employee of TSIG is it legal to be posting possible insider information about the company on the internet? Does the BOD or the lawyers of TSIG know that an employee is making forward looking statements about the company on the internet?

Over on the CVIA thread, the new CEO posts frequently, but is extremely careful about what he says to investors.

Rich I know our main income will come from card for bottom line but don't we wanna sell the CDS as well Im sure we get some kind of kickback from the sales and CD sales go towards the topline revenues as well as a little towards our bottom line or am I way off base here.
