VTPI a .04 cent stock could capture interest soon. VTPI has been at this low for long time now but patience may prove profitable. VTPI has been A disappointing speculation for me personally, as I bought in at .09 cents, sold at .14, bought back in at .10 cents and the stock dropped to .035 cents.
