VTPI a .04 cent stock could capture interest soon. VTPI has been at this low for long time now but patience may prove profitable. VTPI has been A disappointing speculation for me personally, as I bought in at .09 cents, sold at .14, bought back in at .10 cents and the stock dropped to .035 cents. This .04 cent price seems to be the bottom for any who are looking for a high risk, low priced speculation.

Here is a release at 10:38PM last night, which should hit Yahoo this morning.
